Rates:  
$175.00 per night.  (Rate includes 2-4 adults)  $20 additional charge per person over age 12 (8 people
maximum in cabin).  We are open year-round.
Ask us about weekly rate specials.

Important Information - what is included for your stay with us.
The cabin includes:
When you check in, on the counter you will find a crock pot with your evening meal, a loaf of homemade
bread, a bottle of wine and complimentary wine glasses.
Please tell us your meal preference (beef, pork, chicken) and wine preference (white or red, dry, etc).  
Also, please let us know about any food allergies or dislikes.
  • Your table will be set with place mats and cloth napkins, water glasses, etc.
  • Gas fireplace
  • Satellite TV/DVD with surround sound
  • Game table (in loft) checkers & backgammon
  • Candlelight included.
  • Magazines, books, dice game, playing cards, board games
  • Bath robe in each closet
  • Jackets in foyer closet
  • Extra blanket and pillow in closets
  • Snack basket (seasonal:  popcorn, makings for S’mores, fresh fruit, etc)
  • Flashlights
  • Coffeepot (Folger's provided), microwave, gas range and full size refrigerator
  • Breakfast is included and will be in the refrigerator for you (to reheat) when you are ready.  We will
    give you one of the following selections to choose from:
  • Seasonal fruit tray and Morning Bread - assorted (zucchini, banana, pumpkin) with cream
    cheese/butter
  • Breakfast casserole
  • Breakfast quiche

Your outdoor amenities include:
  • Large front porch with sun deck, patio table and chairs
  • Three acre fishing pond
  • Picnic table and fire pit with plenty of firewood by the pond
  • Walking trails
  • Bird watching (binoculars and ID book provided)
  • Wildlife by chance - deer, fox, raccoons, ducks, geese, pheasant and more
  • Ample parking with electrical outlet access to recharge your boat battery, etc.
  • Lawn and lounge chairs

What to bring with you
  • DVD’s, videos, CD’s
  • Games - electronic or otherwise
  • Outdoor games - football, soccer ball, badminton, ball and gloves, bocce ball, etc.
  • Fishing pole and bait for bass, blue gill and catfish from our pond
  • Snacks, beverages, brats, hotdogs and s'mores for the fire pit
  • Reading materials
  • Your cell phone, only if you want to communicate with the outside world
  • Internet air-card available for your laptop
    (Must make prior arrangements 48 hours prior to check in )

Brunch/Lunch Trays available for $15.  Must be ordered at check-in and may include any of the
following:
  • Meat and cheese tray - assorted salami, lunch meats, cheeses and crackers
  • Fruit tray - assortment of seasonal fruits
  • Bagels served with flavored cream cheese
  • Morning breads - your choice of zucchini, banana or pumpkin

Check-In/Check-Out Times
Check in time is 3 p.m. - Check out time is 11 a.m.

Regulations:
  • No Smoking allowed in the cabin!   We provide ashtrays for your use on the porch and deck.
  • No pets.
  • Please make sure that you clean up any personal untidiness, such as, muddy or dirty floors, food
    spillages, trash, bottles and cans.  If the condition of the cabin is excessively messy or damaged
    an additional fee may be applied and charged to your credit card.
  • If you accidentally leave with an item from the cabin, we reserve the right to bill your credit card for
    the cost.
